We provide care to adults and children with any pathology and level of complexity. To this end, we rely on a multidisciplinary team comprised of Physician, Nurse, Nurse´s Aide /Technician, Social Worker, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Psychologist and Nutritionist.
CHC´s objective is to continue post-hospitalization care and improve the patient´s quality of life by providing safety and comfort.
